This is a conversation I had with another tenant in the computer area room at 138 Pears Avenue. We talked about the issue of 138 Pears Avenue lying to tenants and not telling them that the building had these sites and also insisting that this was a normal building just like any other building. Scary for me to experience. I really believe that CAS purposelessly institutionalized me so that when I was a adult I would accept this shit. No more I am handing in my keys to their lawyer soon. I can't stand accepting these poor conditions and I would rather be homeless than accept these poor conditions. I moved into this building becuase I was reffered by SOY and they never told me about these sites prior to me moving into the building and I feel like its wrong for them not to inform tenants prior to them moving into the building and I also feel like these workers care more about their job than they do about protecting their clients. I moved into the building and I met another tenant who warned me that CAS turned me instauilaized and I now see she was telling me the truth. I must of been institutionalized for me not to google the address sooner and notice all this sooner than 2 years but as soon as I became aware I gave my notice and I complained to SOY and  138 Pears Avenue but they did not care that I was never informed prior to me moving into the building.

I want to know what the law says about this? Does Supportive Housing Projects legally need to inform their clients prior to moving into the building about these sites?
